📦 When will my order arrive?

Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM are shipped the same day or by the next business day at the latest.
We work with Yurtiçi Kargo, the fastest shipping company in our region.
Delivery takes 1 day within Istanbul and nearby cities, and up to 2 days for other provinces.

💳 Why isn’t cash-on-delivery available?

Due to a temporary system issue, our cash-on-delivery option is currently unavailable.
🏠 I entered my address or phone number incorrectly — what should I do?

If there is an error or missing information in your address or phone number, please contact our Customer Service team immediately via WhatsApp at +90 533 700 20 99.
Otherwise, your shipment may not reach you.
🚚 What if the courier comes while I’m not home?

If you’re not available at the time of delivery, the courier will try to call you.
If unreachable, they will leave a delivery notice at your door.
You must collect your package from the specified cargo branch within 3 days of the notice.
If it is not collected within this time, your order will be returned to us.
🔄 My order has arrived, but I’d like to make an exchange or return.

You may return or exchange unused items with tags attached within 14 days.
