You can easily complete your Exchange or Return process either through our physical stores or online by logging into your account and selecting the “My Exchange or Return Requests” section.

🚚 Who pays the shipping fee for exchanges or returns?

You can send your return free of charge via DHL MNG E-Commerce Cargo using the following contract number:

If there is a defect or fault with the product, the shipping cost will be covered by us.
For returns or exchanges made for any other reason, the shipping costs we have initially covered will be deducted from the refund amount.

💳 Will there be any deductions in refund transactions?

No, for purchases made from Şebnem Şahin, refunds are processed at the full purchase amount of the returned items.
Only the shipping fee will be deducted.
This fee is determined by DHL MNG E-Commerce Cargo, based on factors such as package weight and dimensions, and is invoiced accordingly.
The shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Shipping fees (both outgoing and return) belong to the customer, and if you selected cash-on-delivery payment, that fee must also be covered by you.
