Your orders will be shipped and delivered to the courier within 2 business days after bank approval.
Depending on the distance between your delivery address and the shipping origin, the courier company will deliver your order within 1 to 3 days at the latest.
For custom-made, pre-order, or atelier-prepared products, the estimated shipping dates are specified in the product description.
If any issue arises on our end regarding your order, we will contact you using the information provided in your order. Therefore, please ensure that all order details, address, and contact information are complete and accurate, as the courier company will use these details to reach you.
If your address or contact information is incomplete, your shipment will be held at the delivery branch for 3 days. If it is not collected within this period, it will be returned to us. In such cases, if you wish your order to be re-shipped, a new shipping fee will be charged. If you request a refund instead, the shipping cost invoiced by the courier will be deducted from the refund amount once the package is returned to us.
No deliveries are made on public holidays or official non-working days.
